  • Intermittent accountability check-in

  • Balance between in-person and fully remote programming

  • Frequent access to coach for check-ins and accountability

  • Ranges from 30-60 minutes based on individual daily needs

  • Custom warm-up and mobilization

  • Guided individualized exercise plan based on client goals

  • Short-term goal setting to prepare for upcoming sessions.
